Halliday Sales inspects each order prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive a wrong item or a damaged item please contact Customer Service immediately.
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Warranty will be provided under the terms and conditions of and subject to approval by the original manufacturer. Halliday Sales processes refunds once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our returns department. Halliday Sales will deduct the original shipping and handling cost from your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Equipment, Supplies and Parts ship by UPS or LTL freight carrier of our choice to the Continental United States. We make every effort to get you your item quickly; we usually ship with in 24 hours of payment.
Some items may be will-called in Huntington Beach, CA during our regular business hours. We do not stock everything in Huntington Beach, so please confirm availability before attempting to will-call an item.
